Title: Curious Indeed
Theme: 1930s/1940s
(I will submit an unwatermarked version if my piece should happen to be selected for the book!)
And now I promise I'm not angry and this text is not extremely vital, I just no longer know how to use dA's formatting tools since they took away some stuff lD;;
Anyway I heard about this neat contest to re-imagine Alice in Wonderland for an art book and I thought it'd be fun to participate! Here's my take on it, probably not too surprising coming from me but ah well! I thought the Cheshire Cat would do well as a black cat since I can tell you from experience that you can only really see their eyes and mouth (when it's open)! I have my own narrative in mind for this piece but I'd like to leave it a bit open for the viewer to interpret as they wish. A cat serenading you on the street is very curious indeed...
(if anyone can help me fix this bold font, please let me know lD;; )

Utterly wonderful and cute ^^ Daw, the style is to die for, composition is pristine, textures are well executed, and I just love the story of it.
Scary reflection!
