Dirty Bubble- Hippopotas

There's not enough Hippopotas fanart, I really like this Pokemon, and it's evolved form, Hippowdon is pretty sweet as well. But that guy is hard to draw....
Drawing Hippopotas on paper is a lot easier and it looks a lot better. The BG was kind of an accident. I started out with just a brown BG then I added dots and then I started making different color dots which soon turned to bubbles lol. I was just messing around really.
